Day to Day
Hout Bay International School is delighted to present Little Shop of Horrors! This famous musical about a nerdy florist who finds his chance for success and romance with the help of a giant man-eating plant who demands to be fed, will be performed over 3 nights this September, 11, 12 & 13. This highly anticipated annual event is not to be missed! Please click the image to book!
Bizarre, anarchic and very funny, this rock ‘n’ roll musical is a riotous mix of the Addams Family, Young Frankenstein, and Phantom of the Opera, with Rebecca and the Rocky Horror Show thrown in for good measure! Baron Frankenstein’s descendant, and ex-pop start turned professor of genetics, creates DNA moulds of people in his computer. How these moulds came to life as the ultimate Rock Group, headed by a clone of Elvis himself is the highlight of the hilarious plot! This fantastic musical will be performed over 2 nights this September 07 & 08 – please click the image to book!

We will once again be offering Hearing Screenings at school. Hearing Screenings will be done by Ann Carr, a registered Audiologist and will take place on Friday, 18 August. These screenings are aimed at Early Years and Junior Primary students who have not had their hearing tested in the past 3 years.
Optimal hearing is essential for children to learn language, which is needed for a variety of communication activities including listening to speech and learning to speak, read and write. Therefore a hearing loss, even a mild temporary condition, can have an impact on language development and learning. Please click the image to book!
